During our interview with Dr. Matt Mingle, Superintendent of Warren Township schools in New Jersey, we discuss how he has taken great strides at building and supporting the social and emotional help of all students in his district through the “Whole Child Tenets” (from ASCD). Additionally, we discuss with Dr. Mingle how that transfers to supporting his teachers in maintaining their own social and emotional well-being.
